Connect your Concept2 Logbook to Claude
ErgStats is a free, read-only MCP server that lets Claude read your Concept2 Logbook. Add it once, then ask about your RowErg, SkiErg and BikeErg workouts in plain language. Anything ErgData or your PM5 syncs is included.

Before you start
Works on every Claude plan. Free accounts can add one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, someone who manages your organization’s connectors adds ErgStats under Organization settings → Connectors first, then you click Connect.
Add ErgStats to Claude

- + Add
- Add custom connector
In Claude on the web or desktop, open Customize → Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector. Name it ErgStats, paste this URL, click Continue, then Add, and sign in with Concept2.

Claude opens ErgStats in your browser. Sign in with your Concept2 Logbook account and approve read-only access. ErgStats never sees your password and can’t add, change or delete anything.
Ask about your training
Start a new chat. If ErgStats is off, switch it on from + → Connectors, then ask:
- “How consistent was my training this block?”
- “What are my PBs on the SkiErg this season?”
- “Show every 2k I did this year.”
- “Break down Tuesday’s 4×500m intervals.”
If something goes wrong
I don’t see Add custom connector
On Team and Enterprise plans, only the people who manage your organization’s connectors, usually owners, can add custom ones. Ask one of them to add ErgStats under Organization settings → Connectors, then find it under Customize → Connectors and click Connect.
Claude doesn’t use my workouts
Open the + menu in the chat, choose Connectors and check that ErgStats is on. Mentioning your Concept2 Logbook in the question helps too.
How do I disconnect?
Remove ErgStats from Claude, or disconnect it from your ErgStats dashboard. Access stops right away.
